Oregon company looking to establish new fish farm

Around Puget Sound fish farmers rear millions of Atlantic salmon in net pens, now an Oregon company Pacific Seafood wants to create a new fish farm, where they plan to rear 10 million pounds a year of steelhead and Atlantic salmon in cages in the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
